Submitting Reviews

There are multiple paths for submitting reviews.

• If the person is already in the database, or if you are not sure, find them using the review search engine
  (Hint: try using the last four digits of the phone number)
  
  Then click the SUBMIT a review for this provider link on the page with that person's reviews.
  
  This will save you some time by prepopulating many of the fields on the submit form for you. You will still be able to override these defaults.
   
• If the person works for an organization that is in the database, follow the same steps above, but click the SUBMIT a review for this organization link.
   
• If this is a brand new person, then continue using the:
  blank submit form
  
  If you are not logged in, you will first be presented with a login page before moving to the submit form.
